I bought it from GMG and can’t get it to launch with any method, maybe GMG keys are region locked?

Open the mobile app, scroll to the bottom,
‘GO OFFLINE’

I’ve got a damn problem with this Options menu though. Every time you change a setting, it boots you back to the main screen, so you have to reclick Game Options again…

do we have to change our store country from account settings as well ?

Can someone explain how some people get it to work? I’ve used ExpressVPN and connected to many asian countries and it still won’t let me unlock the game.

I was able to download the 4.4gb file, but it’s still telling me it’s not released yet when I try to load the game 
Bought from GMG.
I had to go into my account → steam guard settings and deauthorise all devices, as I have a log in on other comps. Finally unpacking. VPN via Singapore, bought from GMG.
I had to remove access for all other devices in the steam security settings. Then it worked.
still asks for the authenticator.
I didn’t so I dont think so. What I did was log out of mobile and turn my authenticator off. Close steam, connect to VPN and then launch steam
First try. Now however, I can’t seem to launch the game
Do you have Steam Mobile on your phone? If so, log out of it. Close out of steam completely. Turn on VPN connection to Japan or whatever, and open steam.
Are you logged in anywhere else on your phone or anything? Also is there a way to force update the 4.4gb? I need that update.
Did this as well and still nada. Did you change download region or store preferences?
It does. You should still get the code though, it popped up in a notification on my phone for me.

Yeah, mine updated, but when trying to launch, just shows 'Pre-Load". Maybe they fixed it this time?
