Can confirm that it gives a 365 day trial (7 day normal trial + 358 extra days after entering the code K4KC4M). Not sure if it stacks with the 14 day extended trial from invites.

As for the app itself, it looks intuitive. In addition to the VPN connection, it says it blocks tracking and malware/phishing links. (Can turn off filtering, if desired.) Current servers (“virtual locations”) listed:
