So has anyone used it? How is it? No problems or warnings?

Depends if you’re worried on your cell service provider spying on you. It’s a good idea to use on shady public wifi’s for sure though.

If you ever use a public wifi, it’s a lot safer if you’re using VPN, in case other users on the wifi - or the operator of the wifi - are sniffing your traffic.
When I’m at my local public library, I use a VPN to avoid their filters. They block sites such as the XDA forums. The filter’s reason: message boards and discussion groups. The blocking seems random. For example, the filters don’t block Slashdot.

Edit: Correction we do collect anonymous statistics about malware, bot C&C, etc detections. But even with attacks facing our users we do not know who is the target only that we prevent them.
