I feel like everyone around me is getting their TikTok back up. My bf got his back. His friends got it back. I still can’t get in. Why is it some have access some don’t?

My wife’s isn’t back either. By any chance was your account created in a different region? My wife’s was created in Ukraine and can’t be accessed.

Update! My business account is back but my personal account is still down. Ugh…

Have you tried turning your phone off and then back on? That’s what worked for me

Did you delete the app and reinstall. I’ve seen others with this same issue who did that.

It may not necessarily be TikTok. It could be the servers that are controlled by your carrier, or it could be the servers controlled by Google, Apple, and Microsoft or android. All of this may be the reason why it’s not backed up for you, this is because it has been deleted from some of the App Store as of now and may not have access to the App Store servers.

I’m having the same issue. My account says it is in the United Kingdom but I live in the states and haven’t got access back unlike everyone in my household.

I couldn’t get mine back until I went to the top of my phone & pulled down the drop down of notifications & stuff. One was a notification from tk saying it’s back & I clicked on that notification & it’s back up.
