I made my account in the US and I still don’t have access. What’s the solution without using a vpn

I made my account in Italy and had the same problem. You have to get a VPN and set it to the country you made your account in, then you can get back in to tiktok, go to account information and change your location to the US. Then, you can use Tiktok as normal again without a VPN.

I got it to work! problem is happening to accounts made outside the us. go to settings and change your region to the US. that fixed it for me the only other thing that would work was using a vpn but I didn’t want to do that everytime :double_exclamation_mark:

Same I created mine in Bulgaria when I was on deployment, used a Bulgarian vpn and now it works

I deleted mine and as you know, it isn’t available in the app store. All of my friends and family are back on. I guess I got a little too good at letting things go lmaooo

I woke up today and my TikTok app was deleted from my phone (I didn’t delete) and it is not showing up in my App Store. So frustrating! Anyone else have this happen?

I deleted mines and just got it back!! If you are a samsung user turn on your “smart share” hook the cords to both ends and choose transfer apps and you can transfer it from another phone!!

I didn’t delete the app and was able to still get back on it. I guess it’s because yall deleted the app and have to wait till it’s on App Store before u can download it

Hi! I just figured out a fix (I made my account in another country too).

Just go to tiktok’s website (u can even do it on ur phone on safari).
log in there, let it load etc.
then close the app and reopen it.

I had to reopen it like twice but its worked since. Have fun-

Login into your TikTok with some else phone and then go back to ur own phone and see what happens. I just tried this and it worked ( I tried with two different phones)
