We all want Africa 2.0. But what species do you want?

I would love to see elephants and rhinos, but if they are the two main reasons as to why we haven’t gotten a new African reserve yet, then I don’t wan’t them. I’d rather have one or two more African reserves without them than none at all.

Elephants dc about anything else

Rhinos, crocodiles, zebra, giraffes, hyenas, wild dogs, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, addax. I don’t care about endangered species bullshit, it’s just a video game.

Greater Kudu

Sable

Hyena

Giraffe

Eland

Baboon

I just wanna hunt an ostrich man

Rhino, elephant, giraffe, and zebra would be cool

I’d like to see hyenas, rhinos, and definitely elephants that would be a fun animal to try and hunt and to see how there reactions would be to being spooked like other animals in the game

Nothing endangered, thank you.

Would it be hard to make a class 10? I mean it’s odd using a 7mm on Buffalo but a 6ton elephant lol. I mean Karamojo Bell did it back in the day with a well placed shot behind the ear and that was the old military 7mm that’s more like a .280 175 gr solids, but those elephant were alot tamer now that they’ve been poached for 150 years. I’m off point but yes they should make the .470 class 9-10 and bring out a .577 NE for class 10 only. I don’t think the 7mm should be class 9 anyways but it’s handy having a class 4-9 rifle even if it caused them to neuter the accuracy.

WWF would not be the best option. Safari Club, any of the PH groups (like Wild Ranching South Africa), and any of the pro hunting groups. These are the ones that actually get funds to where it matters. Hunters are the largest anti poaching operation and increase the availability of habitat. Most of the other groups funds end up in government (corrupt) hands and do very little to actually help the animals.

larger maps are the worst possible idea the maps are already many times larger than necessary

Nyala, aftican wild dogs, hippos greater kudu etc

I dont get why theyre ok with tigers but not elephants. There a couple hundred thousand elephans alive, theres less than 4000 tigers in the wild.

No elephant but you’ll hunt hippos? It was never one of the big 5 ,because hunting hippos is too easy. They stay in the water and are very territorial so they won’t run off. You’d have to hunt them at night when they leave the water to feed. While elephant you could track them by the size of their feet and it might take hours but once you see those massive tasks it’d be worth it. I’ve never hinted elephant but it’s one of the most demanding animals you could hunt, mileage wise. Hippo’s not so much.

I personally would enjoy Elephants and Rhinos. I think they are just cool looking. But I also want everything else you said too. I agree with others that it’s ot right to kill them but it’s a video game, it’s not hurting really animals. We can kill Lions, Tigers, and Capercaillie so other animals that are like that wouldn’t hurt.

Rhinos yes since they are considered blind and somewhat stupid. Not really stupid just super aggressive. Elephant are extremely intelligent and would make for a difficult hunt. They could make the big bulls scarce and make drink times random so people couldn’t just set up and slaughter them. Tracking big bulls by the size of their tracks would be fun imo.

It’s already quite tiring hunting in Vurhonga considering the amount of predators/aggressive animals. I think adding another one would make the experience worse.

I have bought none of the weapons packs or anything of the sort. I absolutely agree

I don’t think we will ever get horses to ride. I mean I read a while ago that it’s quite difficult to program rideable horses and that it takes a lot of work and resources. I think the developers are concentrating on other things instead of working on that.

Look at how many Indian elephants there are and the african subspecies is doing extremely well in comparison. The truth is 400k elephants is quite alot when you consider the devastation they can do to their own habitat. There’s a fine line between too many and too few and they’re doing a good job of balancing the numbers.
