I got the update, but for some reason, when the VPN is connected, the connection drops so many times it’s almost not worth using it. Anyone else experiencing the same?
Which platform and app version do you see this issue on ?
I’ve had the exact same issue but not it appears to be fixed.
For the past couple days I’ve gotten into a loop where I’d try to go somewhere in my browser, and the VPN would disconnect then reconnect. When I tried to do the same thing in the browser, again it disconnects and reconnects. I restarted the VPN client, I restarted my Windows 10 computer, and made sure the client is up to date.
When I disabled Threat Manager the issue went away (so far, it’s been one hour).
Can confirm I had this same issue and this was the fix. The protocol used does not seem to be the issue, just the Threat Manager.
