Use VPN to register Netflix from Brazil

I have two different VPN services. Still, whenever I log in with my VPN connected to Brazil, I get the price from the country I live in.

Does anyone know why this is occurring and can explain how to register on Netflix as if I was in Brazil?

I don’t know, is it possible to register? I intend to write Netflix from brazil gift card using VPN; I wonder if Netflix can detect me?..
