I’m not sure how this is possible, but if you search for The Slow Rush on Apple Music via Sonos, the album is available in its entirety despite being displayed as a pre-release in the Music app. I thought this was initially a fluke, but I’m about halfway through the album and it’s definitely playing unreleased tracks.
Is this happening to anyone else with the same setup?
[EDIT] Apple has, in fact, patched the issue. When I try and play the album now, it skips over all the unreleased tracks.
I do have an idea of how this bug happened: Some time ago (probably when the album had been announced) I set The Slow Rush to be downloaded to my library, so when the album was released it would just appear and be on all my devices. This morning when Borderline was stuck in my head, instead of searching for the album like I mistakenly said above, I went to Apple Music > My Music > Recently Added. Playing the album this way gave me access to the whole album.
Whether or not you decide to leak The Slow Rush is out of my control. However, I think I speak for all the moderators when I say that, as badly as I want to hear the album early (and believe me, I’m inclined to indulge myself if it does leak), we do not endorse leaking material on this platform, especially if you don’t understand the risk you’re taking.
I’m not going to name names, but this subreddit has already gotten two people in trouble with their employer for disclosing information about singles in this album cycle alone. I’m not saying the law should be your guide, but if you’re going to break it, make sure you’re being smart about it. For example, don’t use a social media account that has ever been connected to your home IP, or that could be tracked back to you due to your comment/post history.
While it might be interesting to see what would happen if this subreddit originated the leak, I’d like to end this message by reminding everyone of Rule #1:Posting of official copyrighted material here, that is otherwise FOR SALE, in a download format (links, torrents, etc) is not allowed and will be met with a swift ban.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t leak it on this platform, or even that you shouldn’t leak it at all. What I’m really trying to get across is that, if you’re going to leak The Slow Rush, make sure the audio quality isn’t complete shit.
I don’t think any of my Sonos hardware has line-out to record it, but I may be able to get my hands on some. I could also do an IG Live or something if you want to hear it right now (quality aside).

First, I just want to say that it was never my intention to leak this; I just seemed to win a proverbial jackpot and wanted to share the wealth. I seriously cannot explain how or why this is happening, let alone to me. Second, while I am pretty technical, when it comes to audio equipment I am a complete moron.
Because I am a benevolent madlad, I drove to another city to get the hardware that wasn’t at my house. Unfortunately, it, too, only does audio in and not out. So, unfortunately, a high-quality recording is most likely not in the cards, at least not from me.
I also don’t want to get banned from this subreddit. I’ve privately gotten confirmation that I am not, in fact, making this up, but sharing the IG Live would most likely get me banned. I lowkey want to start a scavenger hunt for the handle, but I really do not want to piss people off here.
I hope everyone enjoyed the time we had together, and they won’t do anything stupid with any recordings that they may or may not have made. Please buy the album, because it is amazing. I love you all.
