So, I posted a question here regarding my newly created account being “under review”. Upon checking it today, it is now suspended. I didn’t do anything with said account as I try to wait out until it was no longer under review. It’s so frustrating. What did I do wrong?
For further context: I have already verified and confirmed my email account. I tried to post a listing on my account and that was when I received an email saying it’s under review. After a few days of not opening the Reverb app in the hopes that my account would be verified, what happened was actually the opposite. It was suspended for some reason that I don’t know and Reverb is not replying to my emails 
Presumably, you’re leaving information out. There’s absolutely no reason unless there is a reason.
It may be just the ip adresse that you used or the product your tried to list is blacklisted
I didn’t know that once an offer was made the seller wasn’t allowed to refund which means I’m not having to cancel the order I didn’t know this was a rule doesn’t make it my right violated policy or pick and choose what I want instead
I have been reading up info on why accounts usually get suspended and I haven’t done any of those said actions that would guarantee getting suspension. I will have to check on this one to see what info I did miss to input. Thank you!
Oh. Can you explain to me a bit about this? I’ve read about the prohibited products (my listing doesn’t classify to any of the ones mentioned in their policy), but I’m unfamiliar with the issue regarding the ip address
Sometimes they suspended your account just because you have a bad ip adresse cause they think that you are a scammer who’s using a vpn you can try to scan your ip on this website to make sure if your ip is clean whoer.net
