In Canada. So far the only site that has given me any issues, aside from paypal i guess, is Hulu. It will give me strange errors and won’t let me login. I get an error that allegedly nobody else has ever gotten because when i search “Hulu login currently unavailable” I get nothing. Is this a Hulu issue? I hope its not because id like to use them for IPTV, I know the price is the same but I get double the content so. I use several different servers and then randomly it’ll work. But sometimes changing the server won’t matter. Very inconsistent issue. I like Nord, I want to like Hulu. Any help would be appreciated.
Hulu works for me flawlessly. I would suggest to get in touch with Nord’s support, they should be able to fix the issue.
Alittle trick I do is , I download betternet . I use that to login and then before steaming any show / I switch to Nord and it works flawless .
You can’t steam with betternet , it will say you are using a vpn . But it works to get on and also to use on the Hulu website if you needed to check your billing etc…
Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime (and other’s I’m sure) have a strict no-VPN policy that they do enforce. I had problems with all three of them and opted to just stream using a Firestick instead of streaming from my computer, problem solved. Only reason (that I’m aware of) you would want/need a VPN for streaming is to get around regional restrictions… BUT that doesn’t always work. It wasn’t worth the hassle IMO. Turning the VPN connection on and off also caused other connection issues that sometimes required a restart to fix.
I just fixed this last week. My problem… Didn’t have the Nord extension on my web browser.
Hulu Works for me with PRVT Subscription DNS don’t even have to use VPN
Just suddenly stopped working today.
Says: “It looks like you’re using an anonymous proxy or VPN”
Thanks for the advice
All Nord Told me was to try picking higher numbered servers because that means they are newer and less likely to be flagged. I picked high numbers and still had nothing but problems. Nord support was no help, it’s not really under their control if service providers block connections from Nord servers.
Interesting suggestion
Not too educated on fire sticks and the like
Oh wow i did not think of that. That’ll be my next thing. Were your problems similar to mine?
yep, same here. I got it working yesterday just fine but I got the same message today. maybe they’re cracking down more recently
