I’m reaching out because I’m having some trouble linking my Nintendo Switch account to my Hi-Rez account. I’m hoping to recover my Paladins progress since the Switch version as been discontinued.
Here’s the issue:
- I’m trying to link my Switch account, which has all my Paladins progress, to my Hi-Rez account.
- When I try to link, I get an error message that says “Unable to link or create Nintendo account. Please log into your Nintendo Switch, create a player, and retry.”
I’ve tried creating a suport ticket, but the emails are just premade scripts that are not helping.
As anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?
I’d really appreciate any help I can get! I’d love to be able to continue playing Paladins with all my progress intact.
