This started out of nowhere about a week ago. I’ve spent 2 hours with support trying to resolve this. I’ve restarted and reset every aspect of my system including factory resetting the tv and turning the router off and on. There was also a hurricane last night so everything lost power for a few hours and came back on this morning.
I’m using a Roku TV and I’m in Florida. I’ve never used a VPN or left the country. When I try to open Disney+ it gives an error saying that it’s “only available in certain regions.” I can get into Hulu but some of the shows that I’ve been watching are giving the same message.
I can still get into Disney+ and stream on other devices on the same network with no issues.
I think Netflix just hides things that aren’t available in your region so it’s hard to check if it’s doing the same thing, but I think that it is.
