I dont know if anybody else is experiencing this issue with Express VPN. I have only 2 devices connected a Fire Cube and within the next few minutes connection limit reached. I have contacted support 2 times the first time ticket got closed with nothing done. Has anyone else been experiencing this same issue.
The last time this happened to me and I contacted support, they reset my account credentials and codes although I specifically asked them not to. It was a PITA to reconfigure multiple devices. I do wish they had a way for USERS to see what devices are connected and shut down tunnels remotely when necessary.
Maybe your acc got yoinked and is being used by people who shouldn’t use it?
I am facing the same issue. Emailed support 3 times about it and they never email me back or fix the issue. I believe my account was compromised as it says i have 43 connections active and someone turned automatic renewal on after i turned it off.
I updated my payment to an expired card so hopefully after this month it stops because support will not help.
Highly recommend using a different VPN to anyone who reads this.
I had this same problem yesterday, I’ve never had it running on more than 2 devices at once. I reached out to support, but halfway through the conversation it just started working again. She said she hadn’t done anything on their end and that she was going to escalate it to management.
Same issues here… I contacted support twice, both times they responded and said they couldn’t help but they would further it on to management & also the billing team? An interesting thing to mention is one worker mentioned something to do with ongoing issues in China may be impacting connections? I’ll post below as they emailed a transcript afterwards… either way, it’s piss poor effort and ill be switching vpn asap
