When you make your account with DDG email protection, you get to choose your own alias @duck.com

So you have a choice with the name here but it is a forwarding address only.

OP is stating that they already know about DDG E-mail protection, but want to know whether they can “get [their] email at a duckduckgo address”.

And the answer is No, they cannot.
