Does anyone know the difference between SSL VPN settings' assign address and portal's source ip pool?

hi ALL.

What is the difference between the Address Range in SSL VPN settings and setting up IP pool in the SSL VPN Portal?
It seems to follow the portal’s source ip pool first, so I would appreciate it if anyone knows why I need to set the address range in SSL VPN settings and where can use it.

The pool in the settings is the default. If nothing else is defined that is being used. If a pool is defined in the portal that is being used.
