There have been speculative invoicing campaigns previously in the UK and we don’t know if torrent swarms are still being logged or not, but if it’s not your home IP in the swarm then you have nothing to worry about, so using a VPN is good for peace of mind alone.
If somebody does start logging with the intention of extracting your ID from your ISP you won’t know until it’s too late.
yes, alway use VPN, i recommend PIA, i just signed up, their sock5 sucks, but speed is good with torrenting. I use the wireguard. You don’t have to do the port forwarding feature. cheers.
