I have added the address of OPERA VPN in Kaspersky proxy settings but nothing seems to work…

If Kaspersky has some kinda of web traffic monitor, try disabling it or add Opera to list of exceptions
I have exact same issue here. Did you find any solution?
It is scanning encrypted connections for some reason. (I;m using VPN extention in chrome facing same issue with Kaspersky Premium)
By disabling it, it works again. Settings → Security Settings → Network Settings → Do not scan encrypted connections. BUT by doing this it won’t show you the bad/dangerous website error page which is bad. Never had this issue with Kaspersky total security.
Solution:
"This issue happened due to recent update of kaspersky AV that has an issue with Opera VPN. For a solution, you need to whitelist opera.exe in the AV from scanning the encrypted network traffic: Kaspersky → Settings → Security settings → Network Settings → Configure trusted applications → Add → Select your opera.exe → Check “Do not scan encrypted traffic” → Click OK.
No brother couldn’t find one. I have tried the one that someone posted above but It didn’t work at all for me

It works for me when I disable kaspersky protection, the latest kaspersky update broke opera vpn, because on my second computer I’m still on the previous build of kaespersky free and opera vpn is working, but it will break if I update
