Bypasser and Kill Switch are not working together

The Bypasser is working fine when I add apps to the list.

Also, the Kill switch is working fine, when I disconnect the VPN everything stops working.

The problem shows up when I switch both ON
“Bypasser and Kill Switch” together, then only the app list in Bypasser stops working, and lose connection to the internet (it doesn’t matter if I am connected to a server or not), everything else works fine.

Does it work like it is supposed to work or there is a bug in the app?
I m on Windows 11 and using the latest version (v.5.7.4)

Edit 1: It doesn’t matter what kill switch mode I use (strict or soft) both bricks the app list in bypasser

Hi there, thanks for bringing this up. Our KillSwitch and Bypasser can sometimes intefere with one another, but there are many variables that we should check here to find out what might be happening, such as the operating system and what Kill Switch (strict or soft) you’re using. Because of that, it would be best to reach out at [email protected] or via the live chats on our site to have a more in-depth look.

That’s a good one. I tried this and got an error message: “couldn’t update Bypasser,” with an error code for support. I also can’t add any Apps to the bypasser. Latest version and Win 11.

Edit: after re-install of SS ‘add programs’ worked again for bypasser. With Killswitch on and Bypasser no issues when either connected or not.

On my FireCube it seems to work much better to use Kill Switch with the list of apps which must go through the vpn rather than id’ing what to bypass.

It doesn’t matter what kill switch mode I use (strict or soft) both bricks the app list in bypasser

can you pls explain what steps you took to make it work?

Thanks for the update. In that case, it would definitely be best to reach out to our support team, as they can go more in-depth on this issue and see what might be happening here.

I uninstalled SS with Revo Uninstaller (for registry fragments). Reboot. DL the SS App from their website and re-installed. After that no issues.
