  1. Try to restart your phone. Even on regular playstores foreign apps updates/download can appear as unavailable. Restarting your phone usually solves it.
  2. Try to download QooApp again.
  3. APK Pure or APK Mirror are alternatives to download apk files.
  4. I’m assuming you’re on Android so if all fails you can create a new Google account, link it to your playstore, use a VPN and set it to Japan (TunnelBear, Turbo VPN), change this side account’s country to Japan from the playstore settings. You’ll be stuck for 1 year with your country set to Japan, but it only affects the side account so it’s not a huge problem.

Thank you I tried number 4 and it worked. I didn’t know APK Pure or Mirror existed I’ll look into that as well for future reference.
