So apparently, my university wifi is blocked dota today. Im using unlimited vpn but it only give me 7 days free.
A good fast option is hide.me VPN. Their free plan is 10GB a month, and they don’t throttle or anything.

You might not need VPN if you mask your port with your phone. Use your android or ios phone and get university wifi, and connect your phone to your computer laptop/destop via USB cable. Then in network settings of your phone choose tethering/hotspot. Enable USB tethering and your computer gets the internet traffic from your phone via USB. And your Uni only knows you are using your phone to supply data to your pc but they don’t know what your are doing on your pc.
Can you message your school’s IT guy? That worked for me when diabotical was blocked.
