I think there is no option to activate later, just after paying. With standard you have 2 devices to use it with and no region changing (I assume it always chooses fastest region)

wait sorry, u said with standard, u get 2 devices, does that mean with platinum, u get more? and do both have unlimited bandwidth?
I don’t know about bandwidth, I think with platinum you get more devices
