Why isn’t the Opera GX mobile app recognized as a web browser by Discord?
Discord seems to use my default browser when I select Safari as the web browser, even though Safari isn’t my default
Selecting safari will use your systems default browser, the option is just labeled wrong inside of discord.
Likely because it’s not a browser but a chinese spying tool.

Yea, it’s just labeled bad. Safari option actually uses your default. They really need to change its text.
When I saw this comment I immediately knew that you’re a r/pcmasterrace member and I wasn’t wrong. People there seem to blindly follow other peoples opionions to be a part of the crowd. Literally yesterday saw an argument there about Opera GX being a spyware and no one could back up their information with a source let alone a reputable source.
