I’m Swedish and we don’t have young justice on HBO Max here either. The first two seasons was on Netflix and that’s how I discovered it. But they removed it at 2021’s end.
I’ve used a VPN to watch it on HBO. The problem is that I can’t watch it on a larger screen like my tv. Im confined to watching it on my phone.
It’s weird because teen titans, Harley Quinn and a few other animated dc series are available, but the very best of them are big.
I just bought YJ season 1/2 for 20 bucks together on Amazon prime to avoid this
Yeah, we finally got the streaming service that has HBO and low and behold, no Young Justice only the DC live action movies. There’s pretty much no way to legally view it anymore outside of the US

Man if you get a MovieBoxPro (which is 23 bucks a year) you’ll never miss out on any content even again. It’s like all the streaming services in one.

Like everyone else is saying, Young Justice and most DC content is still available at least in the US. My problem personally is them ejecting Swamp Thing into the shadow realm because of whatever “creative differences” got it canceled despite the ratings. That and the lack of Krypto and the Legion of superheroes. I remember both being on DCU yet neither are on HBO Max despite them deleting DCU’s streaming for it.

These deals are gonna be the death of the human race. Just learn from Netflix, and even Disney+ went solo and opened up everywhere now. HBO has to make a deal with OSN in the middle east and it’s annoying as FUCK. I will never subscribe to OSN, ever. Fuck that.

I live in Colombia and it’s available pretty much in all of latin America.
O it absolutely sucks. But even Disney+ and Netflix have different things available in different markets. It’s always upsetting when you hear something that you want to see is on a service you have and then later realize it’s in a different part of the world
But the thing is, Netflix and Disney+ are available directly to the consumer, the content may differ from region to region, but you can use a VPN easily. Bottomline is you’re still subscribing directly to them and you will get all their originals wherever you are in the world.
HBO Max on the other hand just renewed their contract with OSN in the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa), I think it’s another 3 year contract and it sucks because we still don’t get all the content available in HBO Max. We get a selection, it’s a lot, but most animated DC shows for example aren’t available! Imo the only people benefiting from this are OSN themselves, cuz the consumer isn’t getting the full HBO experience at all.
OSN is exclusive to the MENA so using a VPN is useless for it, and HBO Max only accepts region specific banks, for example if I put my VPN location in the US, I still can’t subscribe cuz it’ll only accept US banks.
Personally, I just gave up and now I only use Netflix and Disney+. Had to pirate all my HBO fav shows even tho I’d love to support!
You make a good point that at least the others are putting their original content on their services pretty much everywhere. And the specifics of the deal that you mentioned is really frustrating. Hopefully you can just enjoy the services that work around you and find a way to pirate things from HBO.
