Hey there guys,
So first of all I can’t point it 100% to Proton VPN but on all my devices (different locations etc etc) websites stop loading or are loading pretty slowly.
Eg. Reddit, on my PC it’s loading the first three posts of r/ProtonVPN and on my mobile it’s just fine.
Same vice versa, i dunno eg. Some news site isn’t loading on my mobile but on my laptop.
This all occurred over the day, websites loading on one device but not the other on four different networks (home, work, Public transport, cell data)
Is that a Proton Problem or a me Problem? 
Also, I was connected to Germany all the time, so I’ll try if that changes anything afterwards and I’ll keep you updated.

UPDATE:
also, if im watching youtube for example through german proton servers the yt logo says “CH” so thats weird
after switching from german to austrian servers, everything works fine.
Having same issues today on Netherlands and USA servers. Noticed speed tests showing 0.2 MB to 2.0 MB download speeds when it starts happening. Only thing that would fix it was switching servers, then it would start again 15 to 30 mins later. Had to change server about 20 times today.
Same problem here since yesterday.
I turned it off on all my devices because nothing was loading properly since yesterday I think(Android and Windows). It used to be fast before that.
I‘m facing the same issue with German servers for the whole day as well. Some pages are just not loading.
For me it helped to switch the VPN server or to just reload the page a few times. Then it randomly loaded after a few tries.
I could imagine that there is a routing issue between ProtonVPN and Deutsche Telekom (my ISP) or between the Proton Servers and the destination websites. I did not have time yet to figure out where the issue lies but I hope that the proton team is already working on a solution

Connection speeds can be influenced by numerous factors such as your native ISP speed, location, server load, network setup, etc.
That said, can you let us know which specific servers you’re experiencing this issue with (e.g. DE#5)?
What version of the Proton VPN app do you currently have installed?
Are you using any antivirus, firewall, or network monitoring app by any chance?
Do you have any downloading apps (like torrents) running in the background?
Contact us using the ‘Report an issue’ option in the app menu with some answers to the above questions so we can investigate further. Meanwhile, you could try some of the tips at https://protonvpn.com/support/increase-vpn-speeds to see if your connection speeds improve.

oh damn, well thanks for the help but i cant really tell you any of that.
as said in the post ive already switched the server and in the history it only says “Germany”, probably because i use quick connect.
on my google pixel 7 pro i currently have version 5.3.93.0 and on my PC and Laptop i have 3.2.11 installed
i got malewarebytes on my PC
occasionally
so the way i experienced it, it has/had to be a server issue since i had connection issues/speed issues across three devices while connected to some german server.
i know its not much help from my side, but thats all i can say
The problem isnt a server, it is that all the servers I connect to has the same problem.
5-10-20 minutes in I experience a sudden drop in speed. That happens on all websites, all servers, all the time.
I have tried to reinstall it - still doesnt work.
I am, as most of us are, using windows antivirus thats embedded in my OS Win 11.
Yes, I have several torrents running - and no, it isnt too many, it doesnt work if I run with one torrent either.
