Website login bug?

When I try to log in on NordVPN’s website, it directs me to my.nordaccount.com, where I am logged in. However, it does not log me in on nordvpn.com. Is that normal?

Also, not a single page on any NordVPN website indicates that I have a subscribtion. Even the button “manage plan” only gives me the option to buy new subscriptions. Including the subscribtion I already have. Is there something going on or is it just a crappy website?

NordVPN.com is only for the product itself thus it is not possible to log into it. You should be able to manage your subscription/account in my.nordaccount.com . As for subscription, have you tried contacting nord’s support regarding this?
