We hit an authentication error

First time seeing this. I can’t start or log in. I already reset the app from NordVPN Diagnostics but it didn’t help so I uninstalled/installed it but still nothing. Is this something on their end?

Seems to be resolve now. I was finally able to log back in.

came here to ask the same thing. started it up, just sits and loads and loads, finally got to the log in page (ok, why?) then click log in and just loads and loads then authentication error.

went to task manager, ended all the tasks associated with nord, tried again, same thing.

uninstalled, reinstalled, start back up, same thing. can’t get it to work no matter what

ok, I thought it was just me. Seems like it’s global issue.

I am also hitting this same error on the app: login failed; authentication error. When I go to the website to attempt to login, the site refreshed after I’ve entered my acc and PW but didn’t display anything like “wrong password” but didn’t let me in.

Yeah. hitting the login button on both windows and iOS the app just spins. Seems like an issue on their end

Thank You Reddit! Damn I just went through an endless loop from the self help with uninstalling/Reinstalling , changing my password all for nothing. Why don’t they put a notification banner on their web site telling us there is an issue.

Same here, windows app, infinite loop, reset, authentication error.

Nord has been giving me issues for the last month or so. VPN not wanting to connect and not letting me sign in at some points.

Damn, having this issue too. When I need this app, it doesn’t work. I’m switching to PIA after my subscription runs out, this is unacceptable smh.

I contacted support through chat; they said they were aware of the issue and are working to fix it.
