SEA Server, unable to load into game from the start screen. It says “Matchmaking in progress”
Idk if anyone knows this but servers are down
I’m connecting from Australia.
I’m getting very long wait times to get into a hunt and constant ‘waiting for server’ even when doing private hunts.
SEA server, am stuck at matchmaking in progress. is server down at the moment?

Airship ‘Waiting for Server’ is still the same 
I tried VPN earlier to US, and the Airship after readying is instant
but that’s 21ping w/ 10 mins downtime vs 350ping w/ no downtime
both are bad 
I hope you guys figure out SEA server, I really want to play without this time constraints or high ping, it’s just unfulfilling
Since we have a master thread I’ll add my two cents.
Brazillian Server, no VPN, 60mega per second download speed. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this computer either.
Bugs
-I take at least 5 minutes to get into a match and another 5 to get kicked back to ramsgate afterwards.
-Sometimes I dont join at all
-When I do, i fucking join late, resetting monster HP and teleporting my team mates to spawn. Their confused “wtfs” are enough evidence this never happened to them before.
-Have a duplicate skraev spear. Nice.
-Latency problems that simply wear off during a match. Game and computer slowly sync up.
-Hunt often changes targets during airship’s first seconds. Why? How?

Can’t ever play solo again. Ever. Simply refuses to let me. I have to do 3x damage and carry mother huggers around like it’s christmas because I simply can’t play solo.

Now I can’t even join Ramsgate. Locked out in “Matchmaking in progress” after clicking play on the first screen. Each update seems to make the game either less playable or harder to enjoy. It’s 03:57 in the morning, there is simply no overload of players right now. What is happening??

Haven’t been able to get into the game for the last hour
im from brazil, i got a long loading screen to join ramsgate and any island, in the island everyone keep teleporting to me while the ping is low, 20~50 i think, its fixed with a vpn even if i connect it on a brazilian server…
From Indonesia
- Long “Waiting for Server” when departing from airship into a hunt.
- Long derp time when departing from a hunt (after killing behemoth) back to Ramsgate.
- Occasional DC while traveling to Ramsgate (kicked back into main menu) after a hunt (after killing behemoth). Extra note to this : game performance drops every time I “reconnect” into game after this DC. FPS just keeps dropping if repeated and it eventually crash. Had to close and restart the client to work around it.
SEA server,
(1) Stuck in login page for 15 mins. It says “Matchmaking in progress.” with blank background. Enters Ramsgate, get to the hunt board, enter party, wait for players to be ready, enter island, kill boss.
(2) Afterwards, stuck in the island after successful boss killing. Have to force close Dauntless and relog in patcher to resume playing.
And the loop goes on from (1) to (2).
Problem with SEA Server, when trying to sign in after booting up game it is unable to load into game from the start screen. It says “Matchmaking in progress” with a black screen behind it.

Graphics settings on low as possible
Firewall setting done and dns and port forwarding all done
When booting the game it loads up I click play it gets to the dauntless loading screen the load circle sputters a little then it infinitely spins until it says failed to connect to server and boots me back to main menu
From Australia. Signed up last night, couldn’t load into the tutorial mission after character creation. With the update today, I can’t get past the tutorial mission. For clarity it’s just an eternal loading screen. No errors, just blackness and an infinitely spinning circle. Nice logo though!
Melbourne Australia matchmaking in progress forever at game launch
SEA is good now, loads in under 1 minute (when all readied) and brings you back to Ramsgate post hunt in under 1 minute as well. See a lot more people at town vs an hour or so ago where it was literally a ghost town and choosing missions to attack certain behem would turn up empty (just me and noone else).
But yea, SEA is good now. If anyone else experiencing the same, please confirm! Thanks
