VPNs are not supported at this time

I had two projects in Outlier and one day when I logged in I received that message, I don’t use VPN and I still couldn’t log in to my account, I contacted support and the only message I received was this:

“We understand that your issue is important and we are committed to resolve it as soon as possible. Your ticket is being routed to the appropriate team, and a Support Agent will address your concern shortly. We appreciate your patience during this time”.

Now it is more difficult for me because I have become totally unemployed

Where are you based ?

Have you logged out of Outlier, closed your browser, and started fresh?

I also get this message when I’m using 1.1.1.1

yes I did all that, cleaned the cookies, deleted history

I will try to get new dns

Maybe try doing what they suggested in the screenshot
