I’ve seen some posts indicating you can’t use a VPN through your hotspot

Can anyone else confirm this?

I couldn’t test everything before my trial ended.

Leaning toward this but needed to make sure it would support all of the newest iOS features like Group texting & group FaceTime, visual voicemail and WiFI calling is a big deal

Google doesn’t allow hotspot traffic to go through on-device VPN. This has been the case through the last few Android releases. iOS I’m less sure about since using something like 1.1.1.1 overrides DNS profile.

That is separate from whether you can pass VPN traffic through the hotspot or not.

I’m not on iphone but I use VPN with visible hotspot all the time, no issues.

I’ve never had a problem using my VPN over the hotspot when I had Visible.

I have had visible for almost 2 years. Never have had an issue using hot spot with a VPN.

Complete nonsense. VPN works fine over the hotspot.

Cisco anywhere client to iPhone hot spot to Cisco firepower vpn. 0 issue.

Using a VPN on the target device with Visible+ will get you 10-11Mbps video streaming speed. In other words, HD streaming!
