Unblock VOIP using redirection rules

Hi All,

I’ve been trying to bypass the ISP VOIP blockage using the redirection to another country’s rules with no luck. (Even with a Global rule as redirect configured)

Logs on ControlD show that traffic is being correctly redirected but calls are never getting successfully connected.

VOIP calls work perfectly when connecting using the VPN app itself. I assume the “redirection rules” do the same thing as a VPN client.

OS: Android
Config: Private DNS: ***********.dns.controld.com

Ideas?

I assume you’re in UAE. Control D won’t help you here, you need a VPN.
