I haven’t found a reliable thread / tutorial on how / if it is possible to make all the traffic from an off-site AppleTV to the “home” site via a site-to-site connection or VPN? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated!

Look for a similar question by me about 3 months ago, the answer given worked great. I’d look It up if I was on a real computer.
I have a UDM pro running VPN server at home.
I have a small WiFi router at our camp. I simply connect to my VPN and Netflix is none the wiser.
For anyone else who might looking it’s a GL-MT3000 (Beryl AX).
It’s a great little router, meant for traveling really but met my requirements perfectly being able to tether my cellphone via usb to a WiFi network. I leave the VPN connected so I can hit up my Plex and Netflix
I went with Raspberry Pi at either end, running DietPi and Tailscale. Split-VPN on the UDMPro:
