Express Vpn is the fastest but more expensive. Nord vpn i quite good and cheaper. Surfshark is the cheapest but not as fast as the above mentioned. Cheers 
I use NordVPN to constantly connect to the Brazilian servers since, well, I am Brazilian and I am living in Germany but I do like (and miss) the content from my country. I’m constantly watching 4k content and I have zero issues.
I’ve tried using NordVPn because I live in Australia, VPNing through Europe, US, Asia… no luck. The connection isn’t fast or reliable enough and the games shut down after a few seconds.
