I’m aware of the outage in TN yesterday but has anyone in the American Midwest/Great Lakes region been having issues with spectrum randomly going out for a few minutes then back on just as quickly throughout the day? It’s been happening for me since Wednesday.
East coast NC/VA area and it’s been doing the exact same thing since Wednesday too.
Mine has been out since 930 this morning cst. Original alert said restoration by 1130, 1130 rolled around and there’s no estimate now. St. Louis.

NW US here, same thing, last couple of weeks just randomly throughout the day connection flickers.
Been happening here too, Wisconsin, but our local network is also going down randomly. Been like this since wensday, it’ll be fine, full speed, then shut off for like 2 minutes, then slowly come back online again, happens every 40 mins give or take
Been having this issue for months. Have had 8-9 different techs come out with no resolution. They tried to tell me it was my electricity. Electrician came out said everything was fine and even re-grounded my electric panel and still no improvement
Been going in and out in the Pacific Northwest for several days now. Changed out the router and was better for maybe 2 days then went off again briefly last night. And now today is crap again. Sick and tired of this sort of service. 
Happens nearly every day here in New York City. My fiancé complains to me when I get home. Internet goes down for like a minute or two and then comes back. Typically only happens once a day. Maybe twice.
Same here in NC I should have looked at Reddit before buying another router. I didn’t know it was happening everywhere. But it does seem to be working now even though my new router only gives me 90 mbps out of 500 mbps
West coast, for nearly a week now internet will stop working for minutes at a time. Used to be every hour or two, now it’s every 30-40 minutes.
Tried everything, nothing has helped. Calling is useless like usual.
Went into nearby Spectrum location, swapped out modem and router. Now can’t get modem activated.
Amazing.

At first I thought it was an issue with the VPN I use for work because other coworkers were having the same issue. Gonna ask if they have spectrum when i get back from lunch lol
Well shit wonder what’s up. One of my company’s clients called in from Knoxville area yesterday and told me his whole area was out along with parts of Georgia.
Exactly what happens here I just assumed it was the VPN cause by the time I rebooted it was back on.
Weird that puts a hole in my theory about the issue being related to the update I saw mentioned on here while scrolling through posts
I’d love to hear if more people are having this issue because apparently calling in gets the rep to just say “idk looks fine to me, want me to send a tech.” So they’re of no help.

Ah so I’m not crazy lol. If this shit has been going on since wensday, what the fuck are they doing up there? I feel bad for the phone people. So many angry callers ;-;
