I would strongly suggest calling or emailing them and requesting that their tech support walk you through uninstalling their software.

Be polite, but be firm and don’t take no for an answer: If they want to be viewed as a legitimate software company, they have to help people uninstall their software.

I see a lot of comments and requests saying it showed up out of nowhere.

I would recommend going to bleepingcomputer.com and downloading rkill and adwcleaner. Don’t click on the ads.

They should remove it. And anything else undesirable. Let us know how that works.

From this comment below run as many scanners as possible to lower the chances of the RAT or parts of it not getting detected.

Are you unable to uninstall it normally, i.e. from Control Panel or Settings?

It tells me that it got it Uninstalled but still shows up on my panel
