Safari stops working when my SSL-VPN is connected but Chrome keeps working

Hi, I have a strange issue when I use my company VPN (SSL-VPN) in the company network.

Safari stops working (connection to website can not be established) but chrome is still working. What could this be? I already changes the DNS in MacOS Settings to 8.8.8.8 but the issue still persists.

Turn off your iCloud Private Relay for Safari.
