But yeah, and pretty much everybody here will agree. Google hates VPNs.
They only make money when you renew, their margins are rubbish.
Okay, I love PIA servers too and they have magnificent speed, but there’s no way you can talk about “versatility of wireguard” in relation to Pia, they quite literally have the worst wireguard implementation imaginable and you can’t set up wireguard on most routers using Pia. I had to do a very painful and long switch from pfsense to opnsense just so that I could use Pia wg on my router, same story with the Linux wg solution Pia has, it’s a ridiculously long script just to connect to wg.

That’s an issue with PFSense, not wireguard. I’ve never had any issues implementing anywhere so I can’t comment on your issues, but saying it has the worse implementation without backing it up with fact doesn’t help your case. I’m sorry you’ve had issues, I would recommend OpnSense over PFSense any day though.
