Permissions not there

I downloaded it on Mac and it asks to allow permissions and open Privacy & security, but nothing it there to click. it doesn’t say anything except in that tab.

On Sequoia OS, go to: System Settings > General > Login Items & Extensions > Network Extensions. Find there TunnelBear and switch it on

Thank you. I was so damn frustrated about this. Tunnel bear needs to add this to their " how to set up a mac" section on their website. how do they themselves not know this lol
