Yes. But, it does reduce speed a bit if you’re on a slower connection. I currently use WireGuard protocol on windows and phone, and it works great.
My office has a 20 Mbps connection, and my home has a 100 Mbps. It does work slow in the office.
I use Nord with Netflix all the time. A website can indeed block known vpn ip addresses but Nord works around the clock to generate new ones afaik.

Yea I can imagine however the intention behind Stealth protocol is not speed, especially in the context of Pakistan, where in the future VPN access might be restricted and other protocols might straight up stop working
