The iPhone is no problem. Windscribe for login and I’m good to go. But I can’t get the main tv which is a Roku tv. Tried tethering to the iPhone and it still wouldn’t work. Anyone got a Roku or Apple TV to work?
Ps yes I can cast from my phone but that’s a beating to do all season long

They announced AppleTV app will be coming at some point but didn’t put a date at it. I’m airplaying right now and it is working flawlessly but agree that I do not want this to be my new normal.
ESPN+ is showing it for out of market.
Roku TV has the Victory+ app. Pretty much the most simple answer that you could’ve ever wished for.
Is victory plus not available to watch?

Edit: nvm I think I got it figured out! I have my VPN and victory running on the firestick. We’ll see how well it works next game time
VPN on iPhone and the AirPlay to AppleTV worked perfecto y for me tonight. AppleTV app is forthcoming and then it will be better. Can use VPN on AppleTV.
There are VPN apps for Roku so that should work as well.
The AirPlay does work really well! My remote can still pause and play so that’s really nice. And my phone can still do things while it plays in the background, so maybe this is the best answer.

I had to log out and then back in, and it gave me the option to pair it with my phone. I’ve got Nord on the phone and tv, but it didn’t recognize it on the tv. It’s fine after painting with the phone. I didn’t have to keep it open in the phone, and it isn’t casting to the tv. I have no idea why it’s working, but it is.
It was pretty straightforward. Just searched for my VPN app and set it to texas then downloaded victory+ and scanned the qr to log into that. Everything seems fine but I’ll update ya on Monday
Can you explain why you would prefer $15/month vs $0/month?
I cannot see that going away anytime soon. The ESPN+ package is controlled by the NHL. Each team is told by the NHL what their local market is. It’s the reason why the Ducks local market is different from the Stars.
Victory+ cannot do out of market by NHL regulation. The league manages all out of market rights as a package, and ESPN+ currently owns the rights to that package.
