I’ve been using the AdGuard public DNS server for a few years now and never really had any issues with it. I just bought an AdGuard Family Lifetime 9 device license and got the app installed on my phone . I’m not all that familiar with it yet so I’m checking it out to see how it works. there’s a VPN option in the settings that prompted me to install a separate AdGuard VPN app so I did that. after installing it I logged in but its telling me that I only have 3gb of data per month and that my speeds are limited, and is prompting me to sign up for a yearly subscription to remove the speed limitations and the monthly data cap. is the VPN service not included in the family license I purchased?
Ah, adguard vpn app is a different app than adguard. Stuck to only adguard and you will be fine. Adguard DNS (in the lifetime app) also adds vpn, but a different kind (a transparrent proxy).
