Netflix thinks I’m using a vpn?

I share a Netflix account with my family, we all have different profiles, recently I was watching a show and as I was ready to start the next season, it just said “remind me”, then I noticed my profile picture for my profile only changed to the default one, so when I go on another profile the show is there and I’m able to watch it, but no matter what I do (change password, reset Netflix etc.) my profile does not show a large amount of shows. When going on “get help” it says “you seem to be using a vpn or proxy”, I know for sure that not one device is using a vpn however it does make sense then why I can’t watch some shows, how do I fix this?

Use a VPN, then set your server choice to your location. Good luck

Using a dns service like google dns or cloudflare etc… maybe? Should still work. Might have just accidentally flagged your ip?

If all devices this way check router settings.

See what whatsmyip says?

Are you a Spectrum customer? I’m having the same issue and I finally got the a good Netflix person yesterday that said it’s sort of a issue among select Spectrum customers. Spectrum said they won’t proactively look into it unless more than 5 people in a day call about it. You have to be asked to be added to some collective list of issues among all the call centers. I’ve been doing this for 2 months and I still have no resolution.

I’m a spectrum customer and I’m having this same issue. Have you gotten any updates about it?

Are you using your own router? We’ve been using our own router (the same one we’ve been using for the last 2 years with no issue) so one of the reps suggested using a Spectrum router just to see. So we installed that on Thursday and it seems to have fixed the issue. It adds 16 bucks a month to our bill so we’ll have to figure something out but I’d call Spectrum and let them know. I started calling everyday until someone took me seriously. Netflix basically told me Tuesday that there wasn’t anything else they were going to do to help me.
