is anybody else having VPN issues on there iPhone?
I have iPhone XS Max running latest iOS and the latest Dashlane premium app from apple app stores, but about a week or so ago I can not access the Dashlane vpn anymore, nor is it even in the tools tab when app is open. there is no Dashlane VPN setting in the iPhone VPN Section of phone either.
I have received an update from Dashlane received saying that it is a known problem they are now working on. Latest software update has NOT fixed the problem, contrary to the post on this thread. Ironically they have sent me a customer service survey after my service interruption enquiry. We need every user with this problem to post their dissatisfaction to get it the attention it deserves. It the primary function we are paying for after all. Cleary their quality control on new releases is poor.
Same problem. Same phone. Also IPad Pro not showing VPN in Tools. 10 days now and multiple emails to dashline support with 1 reply that didn’t work. I have deleted all devices on server, deleted and reinstalled all Apps. Still not there. I’m astounded that they keep trying to promote the family plan when they are not providing the service they promise.
VPN is simply not visible in the App across multiple devices. Why?
The VPN feature should be available with our latets update on iOS. Could you please download our latest version from the App Store and make sure the VPN feature is back.
Problem solved! I just went to the Dashlane app in my iPhone and in (I have the Spanish version) Opciones/General/Integración de sistema avanzada and turned this last one on and the VPN appears now in tools
