Looking for Router Setup to Run Multiple VPN Configurations with Unique IPs for Each Connected Device

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to set up a network where each of my 5 connected mobile devices can use a separate VPN configuration to have its own unique IP address. My goal is for each device to appear as if it’s connecting from a different IP, ideally using 4G mobile proxy IPs routed through separate VPN profiles so that each device appears to be in the USA without flagging any social media platforms.

Is it possible to achieve this with a specific router setup or custom firmware? I’m open to suggestions on router models or firmware options like OpenWRT or DD-WRT if they support running multiple VPN instances concurrently, each assigned to a different device.

I currently have a GL.iNet GL-X750 (Spitz), but it only allows me to run one VPN at a time. If anyone has experience with multi-VPN setups or knows a way to configure this, I’d greatly appreciate any guidance. I’m even willing to pay for detailed assistance that could save me time and effort, including any hardware or software recommendations to make this setup possible.

Thank you!

Trying to avoid taxes

Thanks! I’ve set up multiple VPNs but can’t route them to specific devices with the default software on the GL-X750?

Can you explain how to achieve source-dependent routing in OpenWRT? Would I need custom firmware and tools like vpn-policy-routing or mwan3 to assign each device to a different VPN? Also, do you think my GL-X750 can handle this, or would you recommend a different router?

Chat gpt thinks so lol

Tax Implications – They might be trying to appear as if they are operating from a country with lower tax rates to reduce their tax burden. However, this could be illegal depending on their actual residency and tax obligations.
