Anyone else is getting this error when logging in to anything that requires duo? I can’t even submit a ticket to ITS since it appears to require duo, (same messsage pops up). Please fix this asap, I need to turn it things to Canvas today.

I emailed IT about this and it turns out there’s a campus-wide duo outage.
Investigating - ITS is investigating possible issues with Duo authentication. These services may be slow or unavailable at this time.
A possible workaround for the VPN is to use the passcode shown on the Duo app, by typing your password as ,. No known workaround exists for SSO at the moment.
