I managed to get a similar solution by buying Spotify Egypt gift cards off Eneba and then using a VPN to change my region. I’ve been able to stack 8 months so far with just $11.

I have been registered 1 week ago. You should try to log in via email, then you’ll have the code on your email and be able to proceed further.
