This could also be affected by internet. If you are connected to a DNS that stops certain things, it can happen.

Try hard resetting your phone that works for me. Shutting down the game usually doesnt fix it.

Not using a DNS like that, ads work fine in other apps.

Ive tried on home WiFi, mobile data and a public WiFi. :confused:

Where are you located? It could be your location doesnt have ads available? (Sometimes VPN does this - although VPN wouldn’t effect public wifi)

Just depends on if tapjoy has any money in the UK ad market. If you get that, it means they may not. As an experiment, you can download something like tunnel bear (vpn) and tunnel to usa. I’d assume itll work. But that’s a lot of work to see if UK funds those ads.
