[iOS 18.1 DB3] Anyone else unable to connect to VPNs?

Ever since updating on both my iPhone and iPad I’m unable to connect to VPNs (although I can on other devices)

I am able to connect to VPNs with OpenVPN on 18.1 DB3.

Connected to Tailscale as I type this.

Working fine for me, try deleting and reinstalling your VPN profile.

NordVPN working fine but did need to power cycle after the update

Network settings reset? Assuming you tried but can’t hurt to suggest.

My Tailscale sort of works. It says on but in practice I think it keeps dropping. I keep trying to connected to services at home and it will work for a minute or 2 and then drop
