If you mean using a VPN trial and then during that period you download apps not related to the offer (ie, Steam games or Office apps), yeah, they’ll still be in your device. Think of it like going to a coffee shop and using their wifi, if you install or download anything there they don’t disappear when you leave home.

Most “free trials” are associated with either your device unique ID, or an email address. Can’t remember which provider it was, but I got nearly a year of 30 day free trials by using 12 different email addresses (easy when you own a domain with an MTA).

I guess it has to do with what platform we are even discussing? Android? Windows? iOS? macOS? Something else?

But in general I would assume the app to remain on your system. Not as sure about iOS though, but still optimistic.

Elaborate…? How do you expect us to answer this non question…

I meant if i used a vpn free trial. My bad

Thank u but i mean if i were to use a free trial to download an app that isnt downloadable in my country would the app stay on my phone when the free trial ended. Sorry abt my bad wording, i just got out of the hospital and the anesthesia hasnt fully worn off

No i wont, i am just curious if the app will stay on my phone when the trial ends. Nothin illegal abt the app, just happens to be blocked here. I also wouldnt wanna waate a frew trial of a vpn if i knew it wouldnt work in case i wanted to use a free trial later in my life for smthn else

Yes, the downloaded app will stay on your phone after your VPN free trial period ends.

Will the app work after the VPN trial period ends? That depends on your country’s internet controls.

Usually the app will try to use the internet to connect to the service it was designed for (such as a news site, a dating site, a bank, a search engine, Facebook, etc.). The app may not work for you if your country prevents the internet connection. Or sometimes the app itself refuses to connect when it detects that you are in a certain country.

The app will still be installed on your phone, though.
