Change browser all browsers you can imagine i try
Change computer 2 
and 2 desktop 
Try from 2 ipad
Try from 3 phone 
Try from Alexa browser
Change ip by using vpn
Ios App works fine after many tries
Mac os work also after many tries
Web app still not working
Any help please!!?
I deleted my account and created a new one to fix this issue

From the image and details, are you attempting to go directly to app.dashlane.com and that is not working, or is the browser extension also not working?
If it is just app.dashlane.com, after your troubleshooting I recommend submitting a support ticket. If it is the extension, the only other step I don’t see done is reinstalling the extension, after that also submit a ticket.

I formatted my computer also not working
I use Opera Firefox Arc Chrome Safari Wolf Dolphin browsers also all not working
I submitted 2 tickets also no one answered me
